"Smoke & Mirrors" is the upcoming second studio album released by the American recording artist Melanie Martinez, planned to be released on October 31st, 2018 through Atlantic Records. The record has been confirmed to be released through digital retailers and CD, with vinyl yet to be confirmed.
A film of the same name that stars Melanie Martinez's character has been confirmed to be released along side the album. The film is set to be produced and directed by Melanie Martinez herself and is expected to contain choreographed dancing as well as a moving storyline that further continues the plot.
Background
After the tremendous success that followed her debut studio album, "Cry Baby", Melanie decided to create a concept of her second studio album while finishing the remainder of the music videos left for her Cry Baby era.
