"Mind Memories"[1] is an unreleased acustic extended play created by Melanie Martinez, that was recorded in 2010 until 2011. The EP was finished in november 2012, but got discarded, so it wasn't officially released as a CD or vinyl.
Theme and idea[]
The first time Melanie explained about that extended play was on a interview in 2015, when they asked her about her unreleased songs and content. She said that Mind Memories was about emotions and nostalgic feelings - without focusing in any character - like Cry Baby - or a plot. "The EP had the idea of something "melancholic and nostalgic", she said.
Background[]
Melanie Martinez never explained why she had to cancell the album, because everything seems to be fine with the idea. Some fans speculate that it was because she broke with her boyfriend - and some songs like I Think I'm Crazy and Rain Boots were made for him.

Music videos and audios[]
Even the EP had never released, Melanie had once posted all audios and music videos on her YouTube channel, but she took them down in 2013. In 2017, a fan found out that Melanie didn't deleted the music videos, but put them in "unlisted mode". The videos and audios can be accessed via link.
