Library Of Tears is the next album after K-12. It was released with a 90 minute long film about Cry Baby's life as a nerd, and how she falls in love with the boy of her dreams at a library, and is almost killed by her bullies.

- Melanie has stated in an interview she wanted Cry Baby to have an experience of memories from her time at K-12. This includes her pet spider, Phillipe.
- Golden Ticket is a reference to Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
- 222 is a tattoo Melanie has.
- The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe is a reference to a book too.
- Hey Alice is a reference to Go Ask Alice, Melanie's favourite book.
- Hey Alice is a song Melanie wrote when she was 14 and wanted to add for nostalgia.
